Taking a moment for you to deeply noursih on all levels: physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally, to realase all stress and tensions that accumulate, and feel vibrant. During a weekend we have time to go deeper than when we just have a one hour class between two obligations. It really allows you to deeply relax and recharge.

We will be in a nice area, surrounded by Nature and you will also have some free time to do (or not do, that's the point) what feels right to you. Everything is upon invitation, but really take this time to connect to yourself and your needs.
