Welcome to ONE Community - our Online Yoga Community
I am so happy to team up with people I highly respect as humans and as teachers to create an online Community. There are already quite some online classes but we felt that a space was missing for COMMUNITY.
If you are eager to practice from home or when you travel, we warmly invite you to join our online yoga community, where you will be able to connect live several times a week and enjoy live sessions with different teachers. You can't always make it live? We got you covered, we keep monthly recordings for you to catch up whenever feels good.
On the weekends we will offer a longer session and monthly open up a space for conscious conversations, where we can exchange and reflect on different aspects of yoga and life itself.

Our Clients
Dominique
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Dominique has two decades of yoga practice, seven years serving as a teacher and she loves sharing all the practices she has learned along the way.
She is especially passionate about energy work, and all the yoga she teaches integrates that dimension, be it in Kundalini Yoga or Energy Medicine Yoga. She also loves to offer a full yoga experience that includes not only the yoga poses but also breathwork, mantras, mudras, meditation and relaxation.
She teaches online and in person and she loves to hold retreats, where you have time and space to go deeper into the practice.
Cynthia
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Cynthia fell in love with yoga at the age of 22 discovering different styles of yoga until she emerged in her first Yoga Training in 2012. Ever since then, she has been committed to continue learning and sharing what she dearly holds in her heart.
She hosted the Imagine Academy Yoga Teacher Trainings in Geneva for 6 years, blessed to witness the positive transformation in others.
Today her sharings blend various techniques, promoting holistic well-being through movement, mindfulness, breath, mantra, and focussed attention. Fluent in multiple languages, Cynthia now invites you to practice yoga with this beautiful community.
Dani
Yoga & Breathwork Teacher
Daniel discovered Yoga in San Francisco in 2002 after his studies in psychology. Since then, he has practiced different styles of yoga and collaborates with different teachers in Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Kundalini Yoga.
Since 2005, he has been teaching yoga at the World Economic Forum, the World Trade Organization, the Four Seasons and the UN, as well as a private clientele and at the Geneva International School.
He also teaches at festivals in Chamonix, Bali and Barcelona. In 2010 he founded the Geneva Yoga Festival, introducing Breathwork to the community there.

Katia
Yoga Dance & Meditation
Katia's fascination with all genres of movement, yoga, and meditation started when she was a young dance student and remains her inspiration today. She once heard someone say that the best way to learn is to teach. This became a notion she pursued with great enthusiasm. She trained and obtained multiple certifications to teach the Nia dance technique since 2011, followed by studies of Kundalini Yoga. She stepped out of Nia in 2021 and now blends movement with yoga teachings and philosophy for a practice that is not only wholesome but also enjoyable. In her classes she nurtures a safe, yet open environment where learning, feeling, and contemplation are deepened.
Balarama
Yoga Philosophy & Ayurveda
Balarama lives a life dedicated to sharing the beauty of Ayurveda, Yoga, Thai massage, and conscious food preparation. He currently focuses his professional practice on Ayurvedic Psychology and habit reformation through positive expression and the simple means of yoga, breath, and diet. He loves facilitating the conversation of self-transformation and dharma via educational trainings, retreats, and personal counseling. Balarama Chandra has the dynamic ability to make complicated studies practical and exciting. He is a certified Ayurvedic Consultant who has trained under Dr. Robert Svaboda, Dr. David Frawley, Dr. John Douillard, and many other leaders in the field of Ayurveda and is a faculty member of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda
